What you will do

• Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permissions to maintain system security and governance.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Execute data management tasks such as imports, deduplication, and quality checks.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure efficient operation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, effective Salesforce configurations.
• Support ongoing system enhancements, including testing and deployment in monthly release cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2)
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado
• Basic understanding of Apex or LWC
