Engineer – Salesforce

Location: This role is a hybrid role in our local hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable solutions, making clear, well-reasoned technical decisions.
• Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and mentor teammates, boosting overall team efficiency and expertise.
• Implement complex features, maintain critical systems, and continuously improve existing functionality.
• Be a go-to resource for technical leadership, guiding the team through challenges and fostering a culture of learning.
• Participate in team ceremonies (standups, planning, retros, and demos), keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

Requirements

• Proficient in writing clean, efficient Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
• Strong expertise in building modular, high-performance UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET or any other OOP languages.
• Experience working with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, callouts, and connected apps.
• Hands-on experience with Git, deployment pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Commitment to writing robust test classes with 75%+ code coverage.
• Familiarity with Aura and Visualforce to maintain or enhance existing components.
