Account Manager (Media)

Account Manager (Media): Responsible for managing and growing revenue from a portfolio of advertising accounts across North Scotland and the wider Bauer portfolio with an accent on developing new business and managing advertising inventory. Focus on achieving personal and team revenue targets while embodying Bauer Media’s values and driving commercial strategy.

Location: Hybrid (Inverness or Aberdeen) and remote within the UK.

What you will do

• Execute Bauer’s commercial strategy.
• Develop new business by chasing and converting leads.
• Grow group revenues across North Scotland and the wider Bauer portfolio.
• Manage advertising inventory and pricing.
• Develop key internal and external customer relationships.
• Achieve personal and team revenue targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales environment or similar.
• Experience achieving both personal and team revenue targets.
• Proficiency in technological such as a CRM system.
• Interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust.
