Location: Hybrid in London

What you will do

  • Manage a small & strategic portfolio of merchants based in the UK.
  • Own their Sales and Quality performance on all European hirify.global websites.
  • Lead Business Review with your sellers to plan and manage strategic plans and audit their structures.
  • Help to elaborate hirify.global business strategy thanks to your field feedback & experience.
  • Lead cross-team projects to tailor solutions for our Sellers.
  • Leverage data to track sellers performances, analyze trends, and create projections.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship and portfolio management skills.
  • Project management skills to juggle deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities.
  • Confident breaking down complex concepts in both business and technical conversations.
  • Resourceful and scrappy mindset to figure out and build playbooks.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or fast-growing startup environments.
  • SQL and/or Tableau experience (or genuine readiness to learn analytics tools).
