What you will do

• Identify and eliminate manual workflows across the People organization.
• Build diverse automation solutions using Google Workspace, hirify.global Workers, and APIs.
• Develop autonomous agents and stateful event-driven workflows.
• Integrate LLM/AI APIs to enable reasoning and summarization in internal tools.
• Apply AI coding tools like OpenCode for development and optimization.
• Document technical solutions and present work in agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python with clean coding habits.
• Experience working with REST APIs and structured data.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
• Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Google Apps Script.
• Prior experience with LLM/AI API integrations.
• Knowledge of event-driven or serverless architectures.
• Exposure to agent frameworks or multi-step AI workflows.
