What you will do

• Work with technical leadership to understand problems, design solutions, ship them, and measure impact.
• Map and analyze workflows to identify what should be automated, redesigned, or eliminated.
• Build AI-powered automations using LLMs, AI agents, and integration tools to streamline repetitive processes at scale.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to redefine how operations are done, pushing the boundaries of what Operations does with AI as a core capability.

Requirements

• Studying Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with expected graduation in 2027.
• English (advanced)
• Availability to be in our SP office (Itaim Bibi) 3x/week
