Location: Fully remote (must have 4 hours of overlap with UK timezone)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end data analytics infrastructure, including pipelines, warehousing, and modeling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance insights.
• Analyze product usage data to drive product strategy and business improvements.
• Champion data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
• Develop and maintain complex data models to support internal analytics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and modeling (dbt preferred).
• Experience with event-based analytics for user behavior and conversion.
• Must be able to work 4+ hours of overlap with UK timezone (08:00 – 18:00).
• No visa sponsorship available.
