What you will do
- Manage projects impacting Field Operations Teams, including scheduling cross-functional meetings and stakeholder management.
- Provide support for system enhancements, including JIRA management and upgrades, specifically within the BOSS system stack.
- Create impactful presentations and translate business requirements into engaging narratives for leadership.
- Gather and analyze data to track improvements, identify trends, and support project approvals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project status, progress, and alignment with goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent practical work experience in a corporate setting.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Industry experience in Telecom, Cable, or Internet Service Providers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools, Excel, and presentation software like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Practical experience in Lean Six Sigma methods and techniques.
- Advanced analytical experience with Power BI, SQL, and Big Query.
