Salary: $26 - $27 an hour

What you will do

• Drive engagement by initiating invitations and supporting outreach to prospects, partners, and meeting/event attendees.
• Champion the first impression through reception and Axis Experience Center coverage, warmly greeting guests, and delivering clear, professional guidance.
• Enhance the visitor journey by managing guest sign-ins and reporting on meeting activity to support marketing analytics and planning.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Field Marketing Team and Sales Team to support Axis Experience Center activations, onsite meetings/events, partner engagements, and more.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the building and parking management, vendors, and hotels to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.
• Maintain an exceptional hospitality standard through proactive F&B and supply inventory management.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• The ideal candidate lives within 15 miles of Arlington, VA

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Salesforce/Pardot, and CRM tools preferred.
