What you will do

• Plan and execute flagship, regional, and digital events including webinars, roundtables, and conferences.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with external suppliers.
• Act as a key liaison between marketing and sales teams to ensure events align with commercial objectives.
• Oversee event and campaign data within the CRM, from invitations to post-event reporting.
• Measure and report on the ROI of marketing activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Support broader marketing campaigns and content creation as required.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Must be able to commute to the New York City office 2-3 days per week.
• Attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment.
