What you will do

• Define target architectures and technical roadmaps for scalable backend systems.
• Develop LLM-powered solutions and agent-based workflows using LangChain and Vertex AI.
• Build and maintain API-driven microservices deployed on Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Translate business requirements into secure and cost-efficient technical designs.
• Own the full SDLC from initial architecture reviews to testing and deployment.
• Implement observability, reliability, and security controls across production pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience designing distributed systems and building robust APIs.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or containerized environments.
• Proven ability to operate independently on complex architectural problems.
• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ, or Irving, TX (3 days/week).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GPT, Gemini, and RAG frameworks.
• Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience working within financial services or regulated sectors.
