What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI agent development, from initial ideation and prototyping to production deployment.
• Define architecture standards for agent building blocks including LLM gateways, vector stores, and evaluation frameworks.
• Establish best practices for secure, governed, and auditable agent development across the enterprise.
• Partner with product and platform teams to integrate agent frameworks into developer workflows.
• Implement observability metrics and ROI dashboards to track agent performance and productivity improvements.
• Grow and manage a team of high-potential engineers delivering intelligent automation and predictive solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing people and technical strategy.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered features, ML systems, or intelligent automation products.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented pipelines.
• Deep background in distributed systems and cloud-native development.
• Experience leading cross-geographic engineering teams.
