Salary: $217,300 - $325,900 Annually

What you will do
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI agent development, from initial ideation and prototyping to production deployment.
- Define architecture standards for agent building blocks including LLM gateways, vector stores, and evaluation frameworks.
- Establish best practices for secure, governed, and auditable agent development across the enterprise.
- Partner with product and platform teams to integrate agent frameworks into developer workflows.
- Implement observability metrics and ROI dashboards to track agent performance and productivity improvements.
- Grow and manage a team of high-potential engineers delivering intelligent automation and predictive solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing people and technical strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-powered features, ML systems, or intelligent automation products.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented pipelines.
- Deep background in distributed systems and cloud-native development.
- Experience leading cross-geographic engineering teams.
