Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year (range varies by location).

What you will do
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ads audience platform and targeting personalization.
- Build scalable infrastructure to enable audience definition and activation across search, display, video, and gaming.
- Partner with data science and applied research teams to design and launch machine learning–based audience models.
- Establish experimentation frameworks to measure audience quality, coverage, and advertiser performance lift.
- Drive cross-organization alignment across engineering, data science, sales, and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- Strong technical understanding of identity resolution, audience modeling, and data activation in advertising ecosystems.
- Proven analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to guide strategic product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days/week in office) if located within 50 miles of a company facility.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 4+ years of specific experience in building advertising audience or identity solutions.
