TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (AI): Building and scaling foundational audience targeting and modeling platforms for hirify.global Ads with an accent on identity resolution, machine learning integration, and large-scale data systems. Focus on defining strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and delivering intelligent personalization capabilities that drive measurable advertising performance.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. and expected to work from the office at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office.

Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year (range varies by location).

What you will do

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ads audience platform and targeting personalization.
  • Build scalable infrastructure to enable audience definition and activation across search, display, video, and gaming.
  • Partner with data science and applied research teams to design and launch machine learning–based audience models.
  • Establish experimentation frameworks to measure audience quality, coverage, and advertiser performance lift.
  • Drive cross-organization alignment across engineering, data science, sales, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Strong technical understanding of identity resolution, audience modeling, and data activation in advertising ecosystems.
  • Proven analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to guide strategic product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days/week in office) if located within 50 miles of a company facility.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • 4+ years of specific experience in building advertising audience or identity solutions.
