What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to validate and design AI-driven solutions for customer pain points.
• Explain complex AI concepts, including Large Language Models and Generative AI, to diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct high-impact technical demonstrations and strategic discussions that position hirify.global's AI tools within the customer's technology landscape.
• Build scalable content and enablement training to support the broader revenue team in AI-focused customer conversations.
• Gather and translate customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the Product team.
• Influence senior-level decision-makers by articulating the business impact of AI solution implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Proficiency in articulating the business applications of AI, LLMs, and GPTs.
• Strong ability to influence senior decision-makers and handle complex product objections.
• Demonstrated experience in developing product demonstrations using decks, briefs, and whiteboards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for various audiences.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
