What you will do

• Design and maintain a comprehensive playbook for teams delivering work to new clients.
• Build and implement governance models to support continuous improvement across processes.
• Create and maintain standardized decks, documentation, checklists, and delivery schedules.
• Develop reusable templates and frameworks to reduce duplication and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to improve workflows.
• Facilitate retrospectives and lead initiatives that improve team operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations, program management, project management, or business operations.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and improve scalable processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear, structured, and usable materials.
• Effective communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity across teams.
• Comfortable identifying inefficiencies and turning insights into actionable improvements.
