What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver scalable features within a collaborative cross-functional team.
• Maintain production service stability and actively participate in on-call rotations.
• Overcome complex technical challenges related to high-load distributed systems.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate features such as automatic field detection.
• Improve release processes and address systematic issues to ensure high delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.
• Experience managing production systems and incident handling.
• Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and Kafka messaging.
• Solid understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL performance optimization.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring stacks.
• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow management tools.
