Salary: $79,740 – $119,500 per annum

What you will do

• Maintain and update dashboards in Power BI and Jira for engineering leadership.
• Support delivery reporting including velocity, burn-down, and throughput metrics.
• Track progress for AI initiatives from pilot to production, including quality and latency signals.
• Perform data validation and coordinate with internal data owners and IT teams.
• Automate repeatable reporting tasks to reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets.
• Document dashboard definitions, data sources, and refresh cadences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
• 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, BI, or operations.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and basic data transformations.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile project management concepts.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

• Experience using Python for data processing and light automation.
• Background in supporting metrics for multi-team engineering organizations.
• Understanding of product or AI-specific KPIs like adoption and cost tracking.
