Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking in BI tools.
• Develop AI-enabled and automated reporting solutions to enhance insight generation and reduce manual work.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data models, data quality, and reporting scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Experience with AI-driven analytics, automated reporting, or leveraging machine learning outputs in reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft D365, Oracle, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
