TL;DR

Location: On-site in Amsterdam

Salary: €35,000–€40,000 per year (including holiday pay), plus 6% pension contribution.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via chat, phone, and email.
  • Guide new customers through the insurance onboarding process.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with product teams to drive improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality support experiences that focus on long-term satisfaction rather than quick fixes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong empathy and ability to support business owners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to work in a scale-up environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Amsterdam.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in another European language.
