Salary: €35,000–€40,000 per year (including holiday pay), plus 6% pension contribution.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via chat, phone, and email.
- Guide new customers through the insurance onboarding process.
- Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with product teams to drive improvements.
- Deliver high-quality support experiences that focus on long-term satisfaction rather than quick fixes.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong empathy and ability to support business owners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to work in a scale-up environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Amsterdam.
Nice to have
- Fluency in another European language.
