What you will do

• Lead testing efforts for complex features, validating functionality, performance, and stability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality strategies, test plans, and release validation processes.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks early by analyzing requirements and system dependencies.
• Collaborate across multiple development pods to ensure quality is integrated throughout the pre-production and development lifecycle.
• Mentor less experienced QA team members on best practices and tools.
• Communicate testing results, risks, and insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software development.
• Must be able to work on-site in Barcelona 3 days a week.
• Experience with GaaS environments and live operations.
• Strong proficiency in bug tracking tools like JIRA and performing root cause analysis.
• Experience managing external QA vendors or test workstreams.
• Proven ability to design and maintain test suites for complex game systems.
