What you will do
- Build QA processes and testing strategy from the ground up.
- Develop and maintain backend Java auto-tests.
- Design and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform functional and integration testing for upstream and downstream systems.
- Manage and maintain testing environments for financial applications.
Requirements
- Location: Must reside in Poland, Cyprus, Georgia, Spain, or Serbia.
- English: Confident communication skills required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
- 5+ years of strong experience in backend test automation with Java.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and QA practices.
- Ability to work independently and analyze complex business domains.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python-based test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub or GitLab.
- Familiarity with Datadog or Splunk.
- Experience with Linux environments.
- Previous experience with financial projects.
