QA Specialist (Proton VPN)

Salary: 46,100–60,000 EUR gross annual (Vilnius range).

What you will do

• Own end-to-end quality assurance for hirify.global products from feature inception to release.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional and edge-case scenarios.
• Identify usability issues and privacy risks to act as the voice of the user.
• Contribute to and maintain automated test suites to optimize testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers to document bugs and drive them to resolution.
• Define QA standards and participate in release readiness reviews.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience with consumer-facing software.
• Strong manual testing skills and experience in creating clear, methodical test plans.
• Proficiency in basic scripting (Python, Bash) and familiarity with automation concepts.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or Testmo and version control via Git.
• Must be able to work onsite in the designated office locations.
