What you will do

• Coordinate daily QA operations to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and alignment with project milestones.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Develop and maintain test plans for gameplay, systems, UI, and backend components across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production to integrate quality standards throughout the development cycle.
• Analyze defect data to identify risks and drive process improvements and automation.
• Support release readiness and live operations, including incident triage and post-release analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
• Available for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in-office).
• 4+ years of QA experience in the video game industry, including 1–2 years in a lead or coordination role.
• Proven experience overseeing QA for complex gameplay systems or live service titles.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Testmo, and version control tools with familiarity in Unity.
