What you will do

• Identify and implement product-market fit for European business banking customers.
• Analyze local market context, competitive dynamics, and customer pain points.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver localizations and product improvements.
• Collaborate with global product teams to ensure features work for local users.
• Run experiments and use data to iterate on solutions and track performance.

Requirements

• Experience shipping high-quality digital products in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in growth, expansion, or new market-focused roles.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation and optimization.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous spaces and inspire others with a product vision.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for hybrid work.
