What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain IP network infrastructure across Satellite Base Stations and Remote Terminal sites.
• Deploy and manage next-generation firewalls, including Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, and Cisco Firepower.
• Configure and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs (Site-to-Site and Remote Access).
• Manage routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, RIP, VXLAN, STP, and QoS.
• Administer and support VoIP infrastructure, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and SIP trunks.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation and respond to critical incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network and security operations.
• Strong practical experience with enterprise routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
• Willingness to travel to Base Stations and Remote Terminal sites.
• Ability to provide after-hours support and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA.
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Security Administrator (PCNSA/PCNSE).
• Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) / NSE 4 or higher.
