What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs, servers, networks, and software to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Windows servers, workstations, and databases.
• Implement hirify.global best practices and contribute to the global Technology Services knowledgebase.
• Manage the IT onboarding process, including user account setup and equipment provisioning for new employees.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain IT security and emergency/crisis management readiness.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven IT experience specifically within the hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge of Opera System, MICROS, and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and complete projects.
• Customer-oriented mindset with high initiative.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dubai, UAE
