What you will do

• Oversee the security, integrity, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service contract negotiations.
• Lead and mentor the IT team to foster innovation and professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive system installations and ensure user acceptance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage internal/external audit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT management experience.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing agreements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT security, compliance, and risk management.
• Knowledge of UAE-specific IT compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification or equivalent IT service management certification.
