• Partner with leadership across sales, marketing, and success to identify and close skill gaps.

• Manage the company learning management system and ensure content accessibility.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging, effective learning experiences.
• Track program engagement and iterate based on data and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Technical Enablement.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact enablement programs.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities.
• Hands-on experience owning and operating a learning management system.
• Excellent program and project management skills for handling multiple initiatives.
• Experience thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
