Senior Rollout Manager

TL;DR

Senior Rollout Manager: Planning and executing complex platform releases and application rollouts with an accent on ITIL-based change management and release orchestration. Focus on coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, integrating DevOps practices into delivery pipelines, and ensuring high-quality deployment transitions.

Location: Hybrid, must be able to work from the office in Gdańsk at least 2 days per week.

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day (B2B).

What you will do

• Define release and rollout strategies, governance models, and project milestones.
• Coordinate go-live preparation, resource planning, and implementation activities.
• Manage business verification during rehearsals and live deployment events.
• Lead stakeholder decision-making meetings to secure milestone approvals.
• Improve release efficiency by integrating automation and DevOps methodologies.
• Ensure seamless transition support for production operations teams.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience with application release or data migration projects.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and solution architecture.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Helix, and Agile/Scrum/SAFe frameworks.
