What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and worker orchestration systems.
• Write production-quality code daily while actively leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and systemic security risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of architectural decision-making.
• Hands-on technical expertise across frontend, backend, and distributed/worker orchestration systems.
• Comfortable writing production-quality code daily rather than exclusively reviewing code.
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools within a professional workflow.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA.
