What you will do

• Define software architecture and design for complex customer engagement systems
• Write high-quality code across both frontend and backend stacks
• Scale distributed applications to ensure high-volume performance
• Apply synchronous and asynchronous design patterns to complex challenges
• Collaborate with product management to define requirements and deliver actionable business insights
• Improve general engineering productivity through CI/CD and tooling integration

Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern front-end ecosystems including React, Webpack, and Node
• Experience defining and building robust APIs using REST, Websockets, and RPC frameworks
• Strong proficiency with database schema design and query performance optimization
• Familiarity with observability and application performance monitoring
• Preferred experience coding in TypeScript and Go
• Ability to work within a global, remote-first team environment
