What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend infrastructure for AI agent workflows.
• Own the reliability and performance of systems powering our voice agent and web platform.
• Build and maintain robust APIs, authentication systems, and database architecture.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to build infrastructure that meets evolving user needs.
• Contribute to best practices regarding system reliability and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• Strong backend experience in Python and solid CS fundamentals.
• Experience building products that feature significant LLM usage.
• Ability to systematically break down complex problems and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Outcome-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to codebase ownership.
• Must be able to work from the office in London at least 3 days per week.
