TL;DR

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

What you will do

• Design and maintain data pipelines using Spark and DBT
• Create and manage data models to facilitate self-service analytics
• Deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Orchestrate complex data workflows using Airflow DAGs
• Secure data storage utilizing IAM and AWS Lake Formation
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams using Agile methodology

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering with SQL and Python
• Proficiency with AWS data ecosystem including Glue and Athena
• Strong working knowledge of DBT
• Experience building and managing data pipelines with Apache Airflow
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team technical collaboration
• Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Iceberg table formats
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
