What you will do

• Engineer high-quality microservices and secure, performant applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build resilient UI experiences using ReactJS and modern JavaScript practices.
• Design and maintain scalable deployment architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to agentic AI initiatives, including AI-assisted coding and intelligent workflow automation.
• Provide technical leadership across squads, shaping architecture and mentoring team members.
• Ensure robust performance and observability through advanced monitoring frameworks.

Requirements

• Mature expertise in Java, Quarkus, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, and modern frontend web standards.
• Experience with cloud-native patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted tooling like GitHub Copilot and agentic AI workflows.
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
• Demonstrated experience in payment products, cash management, or similar banking domains.
