TL;DR

Business Change & Implementation Manager (Insurance): Coordinating cross-functional delivery of critical business changes with an accent on regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and stakeholder alignment across Product, Tech, and Operations. Focus on designing robust governance processes, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring seamless organizational implementation.

Location: Hybrid working in Liverpool City Centre. Candidates must possess the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.

Salary: Up to £50,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end change initiatives from initiation through planning and post-implementation reviews.
  • Manage updates to critical business documentation including Terms of Business, policies, and fee structures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee business readiness, internal communications, and training requirements for new changes.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance forums such as change boards.
  • Identify potential risks and resolve blockers to maintain project timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering business change in regulated environments, ideally Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Expertise in managing document-led regulatory change and version control.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail and governance.
  • Valid right to work in the UK (minimum 1 year remaining on Graduate/Post-Study visa if applicable).

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating closely with Product & Technology squads.
  • Understanding of release/change frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Background in designing or improving change management processes.
