What you will do

• Dissect and optimize recruitment workflows using data-driven methodologies.
• Build and own the recruitment tech stack including ATS, CRM, and integration layers.
• Design metrics and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into performance.
• Design and execute structured recruiting programs to ensure operational scalability.
• Actively deploy and evaluate AI-native tools across the entire recruiting workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment operations or related functions within high-growth companies.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms at a data-model level.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Strong process documentation and structured working habits.
• Interest in fintech and financial markets.
