TL;DR
HRIS Specialist (Human Resources): Managing the core HRIS architecture and PX processes to ensure data integrity and system scalability with an accent on process automation and AI integration. Location: Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Spain (Hybrid/Remote flexibility in Barcelona).

What you will do
- Manage the core HRIS (Hibob) data architecture, permissions, and system integrations.
- Lead HRIS implementation and migration projects to ensure scalable and standardized PX processes.
- Drive automation initiatives within PX operations, including the integration of AI-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, BI, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partners.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality employee data standards across all HR systems.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of total HR experience with at least 1-2 years in a similar global role within a tech scaleup.
- Proven track record as a system administrator and project lead for HRIS implementations.
- Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence (No visa sponsorship provided).
- Excellent proficiency in English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in managing complex data sets.
