What you will do

• Manage the core HRIS (Hibob) data architecture, permissions, and system integrations.
• Lead HRIS implementation and migration projects to ensure scalable and standardized PX processes.
• Drive automation initiatives within PX operations, including the integration of AI-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, BI, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partners.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality employee data standards across all HR systems.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of total HR experience with at least 1-2 years in a similar global role within a tech scaleup.
• Proven track record as a system administrator and project lead for HRIS implementations.
• Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence (No visa sponsorship provided).
• Excellent proficiency in English is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in managing complex data sets.
