What you will do

• Contribute to the design and delivery of high-impact product features within a cloud-native, AI-driven stack.
• Provide technical leadership by driving architectural decisions and ensuring high code quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to align on outcomes and technical solutions.
• Mentor teammates and elevate the technical capabilities of the engineering group.
• Integrate AI tools and LLM-powered features into production workflows.
• Reduce technical debt and improve system scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience building production-grade applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL services.
• Experience deploying LLM-powered features, including RAG systems, Vector Stores, and AI framework integration.
• Demonstrated experience building highly available applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and deploying agentic AI features in production.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and observability best practices.
• Experience with LLM evaluation techniques, prompt engineering, and guardrails.
