What you will do

• Support the Principal AI Success Manager to build meaningful relationships across customers' organizations.
• Work with implementation and data science teams to drive the success of AI use cases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers' business context and pain points to facilitate the strategic mapping of hirify.global's value proposition.
• Conduct analyses using Excel and SQL and provide data-driven presentations on hirify.global’s business impact and use case insights.
• Communicate customer needs to hirify.global’s product & marketing teams to ensure a customer-centric product roadmap.
