Salary: From £45,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Shape and advance data science services for hirify.global and clients.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and expand machine learning/AI offerings.
• Manage databases and drive ideas forward to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Build bespoke web applications and interactive tools.
• Automate data extraction and report generation.
• Provide visualisation of healthcare data across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Experience working in a professional data science role in the healthcare sector.
• A degree level or higher qualification in a STEM discipline (minimum 2.1).
• Expertise in programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL, HTML, CSS, Flask, SQL).
• Experience with the application of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Knowledge and application of natural language processing techniques.
• Proven experience designing and building functional, user-focused web applications or tools from end to end.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consultancy role.
• Experience with business development and identification of market opportunities for machine learning.
• Experience with data science related tools (e.g. Shiny, D3, AWS, dbt).
• Experience with statistical/analytical methodologies and algorithms (e.g. classification, regression, clustering, feature selection/engineering, deep learning, time-series analysis, network analysis, hypothesis testing).
