What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for China-based product and engineering roles from intake to onboarding.
• Source senior technical talent using relationship-driven channels like LinkedIn China, Maimai, and technical communities.
• Partner with founders and leadership to clarify requirements and calibrate the technical hiring bar.
• Screen candidates for technical depth, ownership mindset, and execution capability.
• Manage interview feedback loops and maintain hiring pipeline visibility.
• Define and implement the China technical hiring strategy, including market mapping and compensation benchmarking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment within the Chinese market.
• Fluency in Mandarin and strong working English.
• Demonstrated success hiring software engineers, ML engineers, and product managers.
• Deep understanding of China-specific technical talent sourcing channels.
• Experience with ATS systems and tracking hiring metrics.
• Ability to operate independently with high ownership and urgency.
