Location: Hybrid or Remote in Athens, Limassol, or Nicosia.

What you will do

  • Define and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Italian market.
  • Manage and develop engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement lead generation and demand generation plans.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing initiatives and events.
  • Conduct market research to support penetration efforts and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across design, business development, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Native Italian speaker and excellent proficiency in English.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and marketing analytics.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of social media management tools such as Sprinklr.
  • Strong project management skills.
