Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Onsite)

What you will do
- Manage a strategic portfolio of large and important customer accounts.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to ensure effective product adoption and minimize churn.
- Analyze product usage data to identify improvements and guide clients toward successful business outcomes.
- Identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate activity documentation and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Collaborate across internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Dutch and English is required.
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, ideally within the SaaS or IT industry.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a consultative, can-do attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire partners at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across a large account portfolio.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Germany; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
