TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of Dutch-speaking clients to drive product adoption and business value with an accent on consultative engagement and proactive retention. Focus on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, optimizing product usage, and serving as the primary point of contact within a fast-paced IT operations environment.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Manage a strategic portfolio of large and important customer accounts.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to ensure effective product adoption and minimize churn.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify improvements and guide clients toward successful business outcomes.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate activity documentation and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate across internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English is required.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, ideally within the SaaS or IT industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with a consultative, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire partners at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across a large account portfolio.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Germany; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

  • Previous experience in the SaaS or cloud-based IT industry.
