What you will do

• Assess regulatory implications of new products, services, and commercial initiatives.
• Partner with product and business teams to embed compliance requirements from discovery through development.
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Review commercial and communication materials for regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of compliance policies and procedures.
• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on regulatory matters with a pragmatic approach.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a product compliance role within a financial institution or fintech.
• Expertise in card transactions, regulations, and SEPA rules.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-oriented guidance.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and risk assessment skills.
• English proficiency required for the application and daily collaboration.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to compliance.
