What you will do

  • Manage a geographic territory end-to-end, taking full responsibility for revenue generation and growth.
  • Conduct full-cycle sales activities, including prospecting, inbound/outbound outreach, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide reliable revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Onboard new clients and act as the main point of contact for long-term account relationships.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, Operations, and Marketing to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in account executive, customer success, or similar sales roles, preferably in B2B or Life Sciences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships at all professional levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, with a preference for HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving mindset focused on driving measurable results.
  • Must be located in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
