What you will do

• Define and drive identity and governance strategy for hirify.global Quick, including multi-region DR, IAM federation to Identity Center migration, and Just-in-Time IDP integration.
• Simplify identity onboarding and data access experiences across hundreds of data sources while maintaining enterprise governance controls.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver P0 customer requirements that unblock enterprise adoption and scale.
• Establish governance standards for Quick's SaaS identity model connecting to AWS applications and third-party data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience technical product management.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
