What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy across consumer and enterprise product lines.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to foster a culture of rapid execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, content, and design to ship high-quality products.
• Use AI-powered tools and technical prototypes to accelerate product development.
• Champion the learner through user research and behavioral data synthesis.
• Define and track key product metrics including engagement, retention, and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years of management.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven track record shipping consumer (B2C) digital products.
• Experience in edtech, developer tools, or SaaS.
• Technical proficiency to build software/prototypes (with AI assistance).
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building curriculum or credentialing products.
