What you will do
- Manage inbound leads by calling new leads within minutes and following up via email/LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads quickly, conduct structured discovery, and schedule clear next steps.
- Manage outbound leads by working from pre-built, qualified lists and personalizing outreach.
- Run multi-channel plays (phone, email, LinkedIn) with clear hypotheses.
- Maintain CRM, close the loop with Marketing, and share insights.
Requirements
- Prior commercial experience (BDR/SDR).
- Outbound champion.
- Proven or clear potential to run structured discovery.
- Fluent English.
- 1-2 Years BDR/SDR/Inside Sales (SaaS a plus).
