What you will do

• Lead and scale engineering teams across Cloud, Platform, Data, and Internal Tooling.
• Define the long-term technical and infrastructure strategy for high-throughput distributed systems.
• Partner with Product, Security, and Executive leadership to align platform investments with company goals.
• Influence architectural design to ensure system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Drive execution excellence and evolve engineering processes as the organization scales.
• Recruit and develop top-tier engineering talent and provide coaching to leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing managers at high-growth startups.
• Hands-on understanding of large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Java, Kubernetes, AWS, and multi-region/multi-cloud deployments.
• Must have the ability to work legally in the United States.
