What you will do

• Accountable for hirify.global’s service delivery into a portfolio of accounts.
• Negotiate SaaS deals on behalf of a range of customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships working closely with the hirify.global account management and sales teams.
• Act as the primary buy-side contact for customers, ensuring their commercial objectives are met.
• Develop software commercial category strategies alongside customers.
• Work with senior stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements, purchase objectives, and technology strategy.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement roles, with a proven track record of managing complex procurements and demonstrable experience in a supervisory or expert-level role (5+ years).
• Commercial experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting.
• Proven expertise in high-volume, high-value negotiations, with an in-depth knowledge of strategies and levers to achieve the best results from SaaS vendors.
• Proven ability to lead, monitor, and develop a team, including setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and fostering an inspiring environment with open communication.
• Clear, confident, and compelling communicator—in writing, conversation, and in front of C-suite stakeholders.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven recommendations and remove roadblocks.
